Senior/ Staff Nurse

As a Senior Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team alongside physicians, junior nurses, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will play a key leadership role in clinical decision-making, mentoring staff, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care, assessments, and interventions across a range of patient needs.

• Lead and support nursing staff by providing mentorship, guidance, and clinical supervision.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.

• Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and care transitions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice.

• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

• Act as a clinical resource and escalation point for complex patient cases.

Skills & Experience

• You have 5+ years of nursing experience, with demonstrated senior or charge nurse responsibilities.

• You hold an active RN license (BSN preferred; MSN a plus).

• You have strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• You are experienced in acute care, long-term care, or specialty clinical environments.

• You are comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare settings.

• You have experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation tools.

• You understand healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and best practices.
